We are officially open for business..

Yes we are so happy to report that our GRAND OPENING was a complete success. We sold more than we thought we would and best of all we were prepared! We offered homemade empanadas made by my beautiful mother Isabel. We also had the "signature" Bianca and Joe offerings of a delicious cheese plate created by Lucca Deli on 22nd and Valencia as well as tons of champagne. Okay here are some pics...

We had visitors!

BIANCA*STARR has been the kick it spot for the last three nights. We hang out, play games and chill on the stoop~ Yugula and Melisa did a drive-by, Lucia came with Claudia and we drank some vino. We even met some neighbors that we have lived with for the past 8 years that I never even knew existed. It's so comfortable on 20th street now..

I picked out my mannequin~ Her name is Megan but I am definitely going to have to re-name her. Not really feeling the name but she has lots of TUDE which I like... Mannequin Madness is a cool warehouse filled with all sorts of mannequins. The owner Mark and his wife are hilarious to see the least..

Blue Angels in the SKY! Boy they are annoying.. So here is a little update on the boutique....Last night I had a sweet little graduation ceremony from my biz class. Afterwards, my parents and hubby and I went to LIMON to celebrate my dad's birthday before they went off to their trip to Puerto Rico. Joey and co. are going to start

painting today and floors are being sanded tomorrow. We are definitely making progress.

A friend will start tile work on Monday on the exterior of the building and I started picking out interior design items! I found an amazing table today that I can use for the display window alongside my girl "MEGAN". I just got my phone number too! 415 341-1030 (although it won't work until next tuesday) Website is being worked on, flyers being printed, bags are about to be ordered as well as hangers! Shit is happening! Turntables are on their way as well. We are looking to be open before Halloween so we can give trick or treaters some treats from our stoop. Sebastian is so excited about that since we were never able to pass out candies from our apartment since we are on the top floor. Also looking for someone to do a window display for DIA DE LOS MUERTOS which is on Nov 2nd... HOOOLLLLLLEERRRR!
